Model Metrics Extraction and Visualization

The Model Artifact Quality plug-in currently allows to visualize, store and extract metrics of AutoFOCUS3 models.

Extracting Metrics

The extraction can be started in the context menu of a file project. Use right click and select Extract Metrics in the menu.

The metrics extraction is started automatically for all existing file projects at startup. Moreover, it is triggered when a model is saved in order to increase the granularity of measurements during the model development process.

Visualizing Metrics

In order to visualize metrics, the Metrics view has to be opened (Show View > Other > Metrics).

By selecting an element within the editor and choosing a metric in the dropdown menu, you can visualize different metrics with pie, spider charts, and scatter plots.
